Willow is one of those great neighborhood restaurants that only exist in New York... and maybe Paris. It's a cozy and romantic place, and the food is wonderful. Brunch on a cold weekend day is heavenly. Light peach walls, dim lights, white tablecloths and music create a romantic ambiance.
