An Australian Chardonnay like no other, this biodynamically grown and hand-crafted wine is complex with toasty tones, a lemony nose and tropical flavors of guava, banana and coconut. The finish is strong and crisp with fresh peaches and caramel essence.
Robinvale winery is a two generation wine enterprise. Mr and Mrs. George Caracatsanoudis established Robinvale Organic Wines in 1976. Today, sons Steve, Bill and their families, produce quality biodynamic wines northwest of Melbourne on the Murray River. The family operates a modern winery that resembles a Greek Temple made from ancient Mt. Gambian limestone, which helps to maintain a cool-temperate cellar. It is, along with the wine, a local tourist attraction.
