La Rocca Vineyards
Our main winery and vineyard is located on 105 acres where Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are grown at 2,700 foot elevation in the rich red volcanic soil beneath the shadows of Mt. Lassen.
Chardonnay, Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc are farmed on our second vineyard on 86 acres at the base of the Sutter Buttes. The Sutter Buttes are the world's smallest mountain range and a bald eagle and wildlife sanctuary.
The LaRocca Family proudly grows all of our grapes using exclusively organic methods. The winery and both of our vineyards are certified by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
From vine-to-bottle, the entire winemaking process is 100% certified organic. No sulfites are added. The result is California's purest estate bottled wines.
