Join Edward O. Wilson as he leads you on a leisurely walk around Walden Pond. Wilson will be joined by naturalist Peter Alden, and together, they will delight you with discussions about animal, plant, and insect life around the Pond as well as stories about the Walden's many transformations, and then tie it all together with Thoreau's experiences. Let those who know Thoreau's ideas and experiences the best share their knowledge as you and up to nine friends explore Walden Pond and Woods. The bidder will be provided with two personally autographed books: The Future of Life: Edward. O. Wilson; The National Audubon Society's Field Guide to New England: Peter Alden.
