Join Peter Alden as he guides you on a tour of Walden Woods. The trip is tailored to bidder's area of interest. Explore the flora and fauna of Heywood's Meadow, walk the path around Walden Pond, or whatever suits or fancy. You decide.
Let Peter put his expertise of natural history and the local area to work for you. Bring your friends with you, as the trip is available for up to ten people. The bidder will be provided with one personally autographed copy of the recent edition of The National Audubon Society's Field Guide to New England: Peter Alden.
Special Instructions
Event date and time will be arranged when the bidder contacts the donor. Tour may be arranged during the Annual Gathering, if bidder so desires.
Bidders are encouraged to contact other Thoreau Society members and bid as a group for this event (see membership directory), or bring your friends from home who have an interest in learning about the plants and wildlife (particularly birds) of New England.
