Sheila, Director of Information Technology at AutoNation, has been employed there over 6 years.

Sheila joined AutoNation after working as a Senior Business Consultant for Arthur Andersen, providing management consulting, strategy formulation/ implementation, business processes and systems implementation. She worked for 5 years for Financial Data Planning as a Consultant, doing system implementations, training, programming, and support.

She earned a Bachelors in Economics from University of Miami and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University . She also earned a degree in English Literature from the University of Miami .

Sheila is a Board Member for the Girl Scouts of Broward County, alumni of Leadership Broward and Advisory Board Member for WITI South Florida.
