Ms. Flebotte earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut at Storrs and an MBA from Florida International University. She has twenty years experience in IT and seven years in her current role as Business CIO for CIGNA Dental. Career accomplishments include successful completion of a multi-year project to change the technology architecture and business application of the Dental HMO product and more recently centralization of infrastructure into the larger CIGNA organization.
