Michael Shawn O'Rourke is chief information officer of NCCI Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for technology delivery and support of products and services to more than 700 insurance companies. Mr. O'Rourke has been supporting the Insurance industry with technology solutions since 1984 as a consultant and employee of multiple insurance organizations. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition, and a steering committee member for the South Florida CIO council. Prior to joining NCCI in May 2000, Mr. O'Rourke worked for UnumProvident, where he was vice president in charge of Application Services.
