Description
Basic Air Combat Maneuvers
Experience firsthand the thrill and excitement of flying a light attack fighter in air-to-air combat. Phase I provides an introduction to the Tactical Fighter Maneuvers (TFM-l). Fully briefed you'll climb into the aircraft alongside your instructor. With your hands on the controls you will engage in six "g-pulling" dogfights. Your flight will be recorded on video tape and reviewed in a flight debriefing.
Special Instructions
At Air Combat USA®, you actually fly a light attack fighter aircraft and become a fighter pilot for a day. At the controls of a SIAI Marchetti SF260 aircraft and coached by your air combat instructor you'll maneuver through a series of dogfights. This is not a simulator and no pilot's license is required for this adventure flying. Over 30,000 people have been a "Fighter Pilot for a Day®" since we began operating in 1989.
You can pilot your fighter at any of Air Combat USA's 12 locations nationwide. Programs will take place in Boston 6/3/05 to 6/6/05 and 9/30/05 to 10/2/05.
