A 1-month membership to Curves, a 30 minute fitness club that is equivalent to an hour and a half at a traditional gym. Work with machines that are hydraulic resistant and as gentle on your body as water aerobics. You work all the major muscles in your body. The Cambridge Curves club is at 703 Mt. Auburn, next to the Star Market.
