INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT YOUR LAST BID FOR THE ITEMS GOING INTO THE SILENT AUCTION:

1. In order for your last bid to be valid, your email address must be the email address you used to register to bid online.


2. Please send an e-mail to gmanning@cornerstone-ri.org
   
3. All Last Bids are e-mailed under the same terms and conditions agreed to when you registered to bid online in this auction.


4. In the e-mail, you must include the following:




1. On what item(s) do you wish to place a last bid?
   


2. Your last bid amount(s)
   
   The auctioneer will use only the highest last bid received on an item.
   


3. The billing address you used to register to bid online.
   
   This will confirm your identity.
   


4. Your daytime and evening telephone numbers
   
   In the event the auction committee needs you to verify your last bid, if necessary.
   
   


5. Last Bid e-mails must be received by the close of the online auction on Friday, May 1, 2004 at 4:00 PM.
