Title: President of the Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers' Association (GCADA), began his automotive career with the Association in 1975. He became president in 1987. GCADA is a regional trade association representing 236 franchised new-car, truck, motorcycle and RV dealerships in a 14-county region of northern Ohio. GCADA sponsors the Greater Cleveland International Auto Show -- one of the nation's top shows.
Education: Walsh Jesuit High School, Mount Union College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Affiliations: Mr. Adams served as president of the National Automotive Trade Association Executives organization in 1995. The ATAE is comprised of 107 members representing franchised-new car and truck dealers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Other activities and affiliations include: Western Reserve Historical Society, trustee; Association Health Care Coalition, founding director; National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation, board member; Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association, trustee; member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE); member of the National Automotive Trade Association Executives; member of the American Bar Association and Harvest for Hunger, corporate committee.
HOBBIES:Hiking, skiing, golf, reading, coaching youth sports.
