Michael R. Lisman is Senior Vice President for Charter One Bank's Corporate Community Development Banking & Manager of External Affairs. Lisman is responsible for the Bank's community services reinvestment programs and initiatives. A graduate of Kent State University, Kent Ohio, he is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and an ordained minister.

Lisman is president of KSU's College of Communication Studies Alumni Advisory; Vice Chairman United Way Investment Committee; Vice Chairman of Harbor Lights Advisory Council and serves on the boards of Western Reserve Historical Society's AAAA; Living In Cleveland Board; Akron NAACP; CASH; Neighborhood Housing Services; Neighborhood Centers Association, et al.
