Maria E. Quinn, has been an Estate Planning attorney for over 25 years with offices in Pepper Pike and in Cleveland. She is a partner in the law firm of Roetzel & Andress, LPA, where she is the head of the Trust and Estate Planning Department. She practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, elder law, and family business planning. Ms. Quinn has special expertise in estate planning for individuals and families and succession planning for closely-held businesses. She has been selected by Cleveland Magazine Inside Business as a Leading Lawyer in the field of estate planning (December editions 2001, 2002, 2003) and has recently been named in the Top 50 Women Attorneys of Ohio in Law and Politics Magazine, January 2004 edition. She is a member of the American, Lake, Cuyahoga, Cleveland Bar Associations and currently serves as the Vice President and Planned Giving Chair of the American Cancer Society of Cuyahoga County, Advisor to the Chair of The Cleveland Foundation and Hathaway Brown School. Ms. Quinn earned a B.S. Degree in Business, cum laude, from Lake Erie College and a J.D. from Cleveland Marshall Law School. She presents continuing legal education programs on behalf of Cleveland Marshall Law School and for area bar associations. She frequently speaks for area non-profit and civic groups and has appeared on TV, radio, been quoted in local papers and featured in articles for Cleveland Magazine, The Plain Dealer, SBN and Northern Ohio Live.
