Blackfin Chop House & Raw Bar is the newest restaurant from nationally acclaimed Chef Anthony Ambrose
who opened Ambrosia on Huntington in 1993. Blackfin features seafood, dry aged meats and a custom built raw bar. The Hingham location is set in an early 1700's sea captain's home the 200+ seat restaurant features USDA Dry Aged Prime or Choice Black Angus beefs, lamb, pork and poultry; hand selected fish; sashimi and raw bar with cherrystones, oysters, crab claws and lobster from both Atlantic and Pacific waters. The Back Bay location takes the place of Ambrose's Ambrosia, which was a Boston landmark for ages.
