Description

You are bidding on a Terrell Davis #30 Salvino's Bammer bear, an Officially Licensed Product of the NFL. The bear is royal blue with the number "30" stitched in the front and "DAVIS 30" stitched on the back in yellow. The Denver Broncos logo is also on the front. The issue date of the bear is January 1999.

In four short seasons, Terrell Davis has moved himself into the category of NFL superstar running back alongside such immortals as Barry Sanders. Davis has been nearly unstoppable the past two seasons, and has already won the League MVP award at a very young age.
Terrell was not highly thought of out of college, where he played for the Georgia Bulldogs. Davis was not drafted until the sixth round with the 196th choice of the 1995 draft by the Denver Broncos. This choice proved to be the biggest steal since the Yankees stole Babe Ruth from the Red Sox. Terrell rushed for over 1,000 yards in his rookie season with the Broncos, giving John Elway the running help he so desperately needed. In 1996 Terrell led the AFC in rushing with 1,538 yards, setting a team record. In his third year he rushed for 1,750 yards, again leading the AFC and breaking his own club record. He led the Broncos to a Super Bowl upset of the mighty Green Bay Packers, and was named Super Bowl XXXII MVP. A hard act to follow? In 1998 Terrell rushed for over 2,000 yards, was named NFL MVP, and again led the Broncos to the Super Bowl title. Is there any stopping this guy?
