Airline reservations must be made through the American Airlines Ticket Redemption Center. Award letter/tickets are non-transferable/non-replaceable and cannot be extended or renewed. Passengers are not eligible for American AAdvantage mileage credit or any other promotional benefit American may offer. Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or services charges are the responsibility of the passenger. American Airlines reserves the right to embargo award travel and change policies without advance notice. Stopovers are not allowed, except for connecting purposes.

The Hilton Chicago certificate is subject to availability. Reservations must be handled through Hilton's Corporate Communications office. Certificate expires May 25, 2005. Certain blackout dates apply.
