John Gable is an artist caught between two centuries. A modern realist painter, Gable says he is nevertheless drawn to the emotional content of the 19th-century work. His painting, "The Flea Market" is a perfect example of this style. This lithograph is signed on the picture and signed in pencil on the edge by the artist.
