Valiano is known as a producer of moderate quality Chianti wines, which are based on the Sangiovese grape. Although there is little information available about their premium offering, Vino in Musica, we can assume that it, too, is Sangiovese, but it may be blended with other grapes exceeding the region's permitted blend for it to be named Chianti.
