Perrier Jouet, or PJ as it is known to enthusiasts, introduced the painted Art Nouveaux bottle many years ago, and it is one of the most distinctive bottles of all Champagne. Sparking wines mark rose have a noticeable percentage of dark-skinned grapes in the blend and the color comes from those skins. These are fuller wines than the more usual pale varieties, and can be served with any food, even meat dishes.
