You and three friends will be treated to a full Saturday evening of gastronomic adventure. The evening includes a hands-on demonstration of hors d'oeuvres and a classic meal, second to none, prepared by Chef Ken Cassella, Owner of "Peppercorns" and his staff. Wines from Coastal Wine compliment the meal.
