Dr. Michael E. Jones attained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in New York City. Dr. Jones graduated with honors from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Jones then completed his surgical internship and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Mt Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Subsequently, Dr. Jones apprenticed and completed his fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Mt Sinai.

Dr. Jones is board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Jones has innovated several plastic surgical procedures and has published several articles in peer review journals. Dr. Jones has appeared as an expert on channel 5 and 9, BET Nightly News and the Ed Gordon Show.
