Also a great chance to evaluate and massage all muscle conditions. (Tension, knots, stress and trigger points) Recuperation Massage: This routine is intended to assist in lymphatic circulation and speed up recovery time. A great help in avoiding the build-up of lactic acid, which is responsible for the formation of trigger points.
