Tsukimi chakaiseki cooking class. This class receives rave reviews year after year from Sugiyama-san"s students. The recipies are fabulous and best of all you get to eat what is prepared, a full kaiseki meal! A kaiseki meal in Japan can cost $100"s so this is a fantastic value.


Classes take place at Hiroko Sugiyama"s house in Sammamish. Reservations can be made for either Saturday, September 25, 2004 (1:00p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) or Monday, September 27, 2004(10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
