It is numbered and signed by Tempe artist Richard Nearing.

Mr. Nearing has produced detailed pen and ink drawings of hundreds of historic buildings in Arizona. He was presented with the Arizona Historical Society's Al Merito Award in 2002 and won the 2003 Heritage Preservation Honor Award for his outstanding efforts to preserve Arizona history.
