The membership is a 3-month, limited to one club, non-renewable membership. Membership expires 3-months from date of redemption. Membership does not include racquetball, tennis, Passport Classes, tanning or child
care. Likewise, membership cannot be transferred from one club to another. Must
be at least 18 to redeem. Some restrictions apply. The
bearer of certificate shall be required to execute a standard Bally Total Fitness membership agreement.
