Start now by collecting email addresses using your auction's "Guestbook" and "Refer a Friend" buttons, which you can activate on all of your homepages and emails. Activate these buttons then ask people to click now on Guestbook as well as send Refer a Friend to everyone they may know. You can also put out the call for guestbook signings/referrals through a link from your organization's own website.
All visitors who sign your guest book or send or accept refer a friend emails will automatically be added to an email list that you can easily manage from within the auction tool. You'll then have the option of sending them the same emails that you send your auction community, as well as promotional emails asking them to become auction participants.
