The Greater Minneapolis Convention & Visitors Association (GMCVA) and the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) invite you to schedule your conference in the host facility of the 2004 Annual Meeting!
The MCC is available to your association for utilization in 2005 or beyond, subject to availability. The MCC features 480,000 gross square feet of exhibit space, a 28,000 square foot ballroom, 87 meeting room sections and a state-of-the-art 3,400 fixed-seat auditorium.
Special Instructions
Minimum 2,000 peak night hotel rooms
Includes basic rental charge only
Utilities, cleaning, labor, catering, AV, equipment rental, etc. are the responsibilities of the winning association
Conventions already under contract or with confirmed definite dates are not eligible, although associations holding tentative space are eligible
Subleasing is not permitted
Space will be blocked based on historical use and needs
Payment scheduling for the rental of space will be arranged by ASAE
Special arrangements and conditions for the package: Contracts must be signed by March 2005; payments may be divided into a maximum of four annual installments beginning 2005 and ending no later than 60 days prior to the convention.
