Hands-On Cooking Lesson for Five Men, Gourment Dinner and Wine Pairing for The Cooks and Their Dates...
In the beautiful kitchen of Carrie and Jan Slee, five fortunate men will learn the secrets of Culinary Institue of America (CIA) trained Chef Christy Prior, as they prepare a gourmet meal to be enjoyed that evening with their lucky dates. Each course will be complimented with a special wine hand selected by Curt Richardson of Bellevue Wine & Spirits.

A date will be agreed upon by all involved parties. Once the bidding begins, the last five men standing will win this unique opportunity.

Menu: Start with Chilled Gaspacho Soup, Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons, Herbed Rack of Lamb with Mint Sauce, Sauteed Haricot Verts with Shallots, Velvet Butter Mashed Potatoes and finsih with Creme Brule for desert!
