Description
Have you ever wanted to learn how to "spin" clay on a pottery wheel?
We will introduce you to the wonders of exploring clay and throwing a pot on our pottery wheel.
Our classes are taught one on one--one student, one pottery wheel, one teacher.
We will walk you through the basics of properly centering the clay and using your hands to form a clay pot.
During each lesson you will attempt to make two pots, potentially creating up to 10 different items.
Special Instructions
Classes are best suited for beginners--Children ages 6 and up or adults.
Lessons can be scheduled at your convenience.
We request that you call ahead for an appointment with one of our instructors.
Art As You Like it is a paint your own pottery studio located in Waite Park. We offer fun activities for families, children, adults, youth groups, adult groups and individuals. Walk in to our studio anytime, choose a pottery item from our selection over 200 items, and design and decorate the item to your specification.
