Nathan Baldwin has been doing excellent things on Elm St. The food is always excellent and the service is prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly with out being too intrusive. This is the only up-market restaurant in Manchester, and I have enjoyed dinner there on a number of occasions. There are frequent special menu nights where you are offered a dinner for two with starters and desserts, paired with a glass of red and a glass of white.
