Stuart Weitzman created two pairs of Bacardi Big Apple-inspired shoes
for the show. The first pair (size 7), peridot crystal covered stiletto pumps
with a small green apple resting at the base of the heel, highlighted
by a clear crystal spray, were worn by celebrity model Cynthia Garrett. The shoes will benefit the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation for breast cancer.
