Stuart Weitzman created two pairs of Bacardi Big Apple-inspired shoes
for the show. The second pair (size 9.5), peridot crystal covered stiletto pumps with a clear crystal martini glass on the toe, garnished with a miniature green
apple and cocktail straw, were worn by celebrity model Carol Alt. The shoes benefit the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation for breast cancer.
