Renowned singer/songwriter Jim Post will write an original song for you or the person or subject you select, based on background information you provide. Jim will then go into the studio to sing and record a CD copy of your song.

Jim wrote and performed the international hit "Reach Out in the Darkness" -- "Reach Out" was featured in the inaugural exhibit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Formerly a mainstay of the Chicago folk scene centered around the Old Town School of Folk Music and the Earl of Old Town, Jim now lives in Galena, where he performs his one-man musicals "Galena Rose" and "Mark Twain and the Laughing River." Both shows also had extended runs in Chicago at the Civic Opera House, Northlight Theatre and The Theatre Building.

Jim has recorded over ten albums of original songs and has toured across the continent to critical acclaim and standing ovations.
