Description
One case (12 750ml bottles) of Paradigm 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville - a dense, concentrated wine from a classic, great vintage. The aromas show characters of the earth: sun baked ripe berry, briar and black cherry. Quite big, round and mouth filling on the palate. The flavors match the aromas nicely.
The wine is rich and ripe in the mouth, has tons of fruit character, and is presented in a silky though powerful and elegant style. Tannins are subtle and read more as a textural element. A serious wine. Enjoy!
