Description

This porcelain vase is handmade on the potter's wheel by the artist. The decorations are incised and imprinted by hand. The glaze is a transparent Chinese Celadon. It was fired in a gas kiln to 2300˚ Fahrenheit in a reduction atmosphere.

The vase is 7'' tall and 4 '' wide.
It can be put in the dishwasher and will hold water.

Hannes Overgard has been a potter for 25 years. She makes her own glazes and fires the pieces in a gas kiln at her studio in Connecticut.


She has taken courses and workshops with renowned master potters, and has exhibited her work primarily on the East Coast. Her work is in collections around the world.
