I began to study underwater photography in 2002 with Cathy
Church in the Cayman Islands. The images of the ocean and all its splendor and mystery have provided the subject matter for many of my recent canvases. I travel to the South Pacific and Indian Ocean to explore some of the world's most remote dive sites and capture marine life and island
scenery on film. Here is a spectacular view only feet below the surface , above a pristine reef garden in The Solomon Islands. The reflection of the coral bed is mirrored beautifully on the surface.
