Item Number: 302
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
All day natural history/birding trip of Pt. Reyes National Seashore for two people led by naturalist David Wimpfheimer.
David Wimpfheimer is a naturalist and a biologist with a passion for the birds and a natural history of the West. During his twenty years of expeditions, he has imparted a great deal of knowledge about all aspects of nature.
David considers himself a "generalist." Even though David is most passionate about birds and the majority of his field trips are geared toward teaching and interpreting the language of the avian world; he is just as comfortable educating nature lovers about other attributes of nature.
From whale-watching expeditions to wildflower forays, David takes great pleasure in leading people on treasure hunts. Trees, lizards, butterflies, snakes, rabbits, coyotes, bobcats, reptiles, even paw prints, to name a few.
