Elizabeth (Lisa) Oliver is the first female president of the KeyBank Greater Cleveland District. She oversees McDonald Financial Group and KeyBank retail, corporate, small business and community development banking operations spanning Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties.
As a change agent for Key since her appointment to district president in October 2002, Oliver is leading efforts to promote steady business growth, strengthen relationships and enhance Key's reputation as a bank anyone can do business with.
Oliver also manages KeyBank Cleveland District community outreach efforts and, in conjunction with The Key Foundation, related philanthropic endeavors primarily focused on helping people and communities achieve economic self-sufficiency through financial education and workforce development. Key's local business development activities are driven by Oliver's relationships with area business and community leaders from Cleveland to Ashtabula through their active service on the KeyBank urban and rural advisory boards.
Oliver thrives on active involvement in professional and community organizations. She is member of the Cleveland Bridge Builders 2004 class and currently serves on the organization's advisory board. She also serves on the Cleveland Botanical Garden board of directors and on the American Heart Association (AHA) Cleveland Chapter board of trustees where she is local chair of the AHA 2005 "Go Red for Women" movement. Oliver is a member of the KeyBank United Way executive campaign cabinet, and she actively supports Youth Opportunities Unlimited through involvement with at-risk Cleveland area high school students and annual participation as a judge in the organization's Youth Career Olympics at Tri-C.
Leading Key's focus on women business owners in the Cleveland market, Oliver maintains active relationships with the National Association of Women Business Owners, Cleveland Chapter and eWomenNetwork, whose members she recently addressed during region-wide events. She is significant mentor to men and women in business at Key.
Oliver graduated from Colgate University (Hamilton, N.Y.) with a B.A. in international relations and French. She completed Key's Executive Leadership Program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and served as a rotating member of the KeyCorp Executive Council. The YWCA recognized Oliver among its Women of Professional Excellence in 2004.
Oliver is active in the Solon community where she resides with her husband and two sons.
