One month's worth of bi-weekly 90-minute massage sessions in the DC area by certified, licensed massage therapist Terrel Hale. Hale worked with runners and athletes at the summer Olympics in Athens. His focus is working with elite runners in the Washington, DC area. He specializes in pre- and post-race massage and in regular weekly massage in tandem with a runner's training.
