You and your family can get active together with a family membership to Montgomery County Road Runners Club. MCRRC is one of the largest, most active running clubs in the nation, known for low-key but high-quality club races, training runs, special events, and other activities. MCRRC offers programs and opportunities for all types of runners. Whether your goal is to run a marathon or just to get into shape, you'll find other club members who share your interests.


Package includes one entry into the popular Pikes Peek 10k. The Pike's Peek 10k and kids run is one of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club's premiere racing events. The 10k race known as a PR course, has runners starting at the Shady Grove Metro Station, enjoying a gradual descent down Rockville Pike, and finishing at White Flint Mall. At the finish area celebrate with food, family activities and more at the post-race festival.


For winners who choose option 1, your package also includes a training program on Speed Development. The program is designed for all runners who want to improve their running and increase their speed. The goal race for the program is Pike's Peek 10k. However, the skills, techniques, and fitness you gain for the program will translate into improved racing at any distance. The program starts in mid January and runs through April.
