Description
Do you really want to get in shape? If so, this is the program for you. The Sergeant's Program offers a highly structured progressive physical fitness regime designed for adults of all ages whose current fitness levels range from poor to excellent. You will start you out with Boot Camp, intensive 45-minute sessions of running and calisthenics designed to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase your cardiovascular capacity. Boot Camp classes are held five days a week, morning or afternoon, for four weeks. (If you miss a class, your Instructor will call you!!) At the 20th session, you'll be given a Military Fitness test. When you pass, you will advance to the next level.
Special Instructions
This package includes four weeks of boot camp plus four weeks of maintenance training. Locations across the DC metro area.
