Description

This item measures approximately half an inch in length and slightly over half an inch in height. This tiny seal fashioned from brown jasper is beautifully executed. This replica is scarab shaped and perforated lengthwise. A lyre is carved on the upper part of its face above the inscription in ancient Hebrew script: '[Belonging] to Ma'adana, the King's daughter. Shipping included.

Special Instructions

The lyre may be regarded as the musical instrument closest to the Kinnor (harp) of David or to that played in the Temple in Jerusalem.
