Dedicate a 300-plus pound shipment of JPS Mitzvah Project Books to an impoverished Jewish community anywhere in the world.
During the last four years, The Jewish Publication Society has donated approximately 7,500 pounds (almost 4 tons) of mildly damaged returned books. More than 4,500 pounds (2.5 tons) have been donated to impoverished English-speaking Jewish communities around the world. Among the organizations JPS has partnered with to provide these books are the Books-for-Israel Project and Kulanu.
