Be the Apprentice Cheesemaker at Beecher's Handmade Cheese - Seattle's own artisan cheesemaker. Spend a day learning about and participating in the cheese making process from start to finish, from milk delivery to the aging process. A sampling of cheeses and lunch will be provided. In addition, each Apprentice will receive one Beecher's branded sportswear item.
