Bid to win one EFR class given by a certified EFR instructor. Class includes:

• One-rescuer, adult CPR


• Use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator)


• Manage Serious External Bleeding, Shock and suspected Spinal Injury
• Perform initial and ongoing Illness Assessment when EMS is delayed or unavailable


• Assist a conscious or unconscious Choking patient


• Injury Assessment; Bandaging; Splinting a dislocation or fracture
