The Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau, in conjunction with the Phoenix Convention Center, offers convention planners an irresistible deal to host your convention from now through 2014. In January 2009, the newly-expanded Phoenix Civic Plaza Convention Center will feature over 900,000 square feet of space including three giant exhibit halls, a convenient 23,000 square foot conference center, three elegant ballrooms and more than 180,000 square feet of meeting space. This package features: Upper Exhibit Hall, a ballroom, and meeting space (up to 25,000 square feet); a show management office with desk, chair, local phone line and internet access; one lectern and microphone per meeting; one meeting room set-up per show day per room group; and stage risers with skirted head table per each meeting room group.
