We'll work with your staff and board to evaluate the business implications of the board's decision and formulate the strategies necessary to ensure program success and financial viability. After reviewing relevant background information, such as program documents, industry outlook reports, market research, and program financial statements, we'll conduct telephone interviews with staff and volunteer leaders and key stakeholders. A business outlook executive summary will be prepared outlining the potential risks and benefits associated with going forward as well as strategies for overcoming challenges and leveraging opportunities. This summary will be presented to staff and volunteer leaders during a teleconference. The consultation will be led by Drs.
