Your Board of Directors will receive a thorough group process facilitation, for your board retreat, strategic planning meeting, or other session you deem necessary to address and to plan achievement of your association's goals and objectives. Chris DeVany, president of Pinnacle Performance Improvement Worldwide, will use the same process which has helped boards of directors in over 100 professional and trade associations in a one- to two-and-a-half-day facilitation. The services will include the following. Preparation: Survey of participants to understand all perspectives, as well as planning an agenda with you which makes sense Facilitation: Agenda plan to address all agenda items, as well as facilitate the agenda to develop individual Participant Action Plans and a coherent Association Action Plan which supports your Association's goals and objectives
Evaluation: Completed by you and all participants, to ensure we have been successful
Follow-up: For up to one year after our meeting, Chris DeVany will support your goals by sending periodic e-mail reminders, making follow-up phone calls and facilitating any additional meetings you deem necessary to keep everyone on track.
