Travel to/from Florida during the months of March & April 2006; travel to/from Fort Myers, FL is not permitted at any time. Travel to/from Phoenix, az and Denver, CO on March 11-12, 18-19, 25-26 & April 1-2, 8-9, 13-16, 22-23, 2006; travel to/from Las Vegas March 10-31, 2006. Tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be split; they cannot be sold or redeemed. Once ticketed, your travel itinerary may not be changed. Travel from origin to final destination must take place on the same day. Midwest Miles are not earned on these flight segments.
